Listen to Your Natural Intuition

As a driven person, it’s easy for you to get caught up in the dopamine hits of your days. Running a business can feel like you are on a high speed train. At times you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. You realize that you are driven and with that you have big goals, an inspiring vision, and a whole lot of passion. But do you have peace? In the moments where decisions seem pressing, when stress is bubbling up, and there’s no clear answer, I encourage you to do something counterintuitive: be still.

When you take time to be still, you create a gap in the chaos. You create space for clarity to arise. This space allows you to connect with something beyond the surface-level churn of thoughts and reactions. It’s your deepest intuition, the part of you that knows what will bring clarity and what will only create more chaos. In that pause, you can tap into your natural wisdom, rather than reacting from a place of fear.

Letting Intuition Lead

Running a company requires action and a drive to push forward. You will find your true freedom when you learn to let your deepest intuition lead, rather than your fear-based habits (yes, you have fear-based habits and may not realize it!). Your intuition is real, consider it like a compass that knows what will guide you to peace and what will churn up unnecessary anxiety. By letting intuition take the wheel, you move from dopamine led action to aligned action, from reactive to intentional.

The simple act of pausing and listening to your inner guidance can completely shift how you approach challenges in your business. And, here’s the thing . . . the result is not just business success, but a life that feels genuinely aligned and with inner peace. Journaling Prompt (3 Minutes):

Think about a recent challenging situation in your business. What happened when you paused (or if you didn’t, imagine what might have happened)? What would your deepest intuition tell you about how to handle that situation?

Inspiration for this Week:

“Be still. Breathe. Listen. Sometimes the most driven thing you can do is allow space for your True Self to speak.”
